Goal Rings collects as little as it can operate on: an email address if you give us one, and anonymous traffic figures. There is no account, no advertising profile, and nothing sold or shared with anybody.
Written in plain language so it can be read rather than agreed to unread. It describes how Goal Rings actually works today — but it is a starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you take live payments.
What we store
- Email addresses. If you ask to be told when something ships, or you buy, we hold the address and the date. Nothing else about you is attached to it.
- Payment records. Creem holds these, not us. We can see that an order exists, what it was for and what it cost; we cannot see a card number, and neither can anyone else outside your bank and the processor.
- Traffic figures. Page views, referrer, rough country, browser. Anonymous and aggregate — they answer “did anyone read the pricing page”, not “who read it”.
What we do not store
- No card details of any kind. Payment information goes straight to Creem and never reaches our servers.
- No accounts and no passwords. There is nothing here to log into.
- No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no data brokers, and nothing sold or rented to anyone under any circumstances.
Cookies
One, and only when analytics are switched on: a visitor identifier the analytics script sets so that a person browsing three pages is counted once rather than three times. It carries no name, no email and no profile, and it is the only reason a purchase can be traced back to the page that led to it. Blocking it costs you nothing on this site.
Who else sees any of this
The processor that takes the payment, the analytics provider that counts the visits, and the mail provider that delivers a receipt — each seeing only the part they need to do that job. No one else, and no one at all for advertising purposes.
Having it removed
Write to hey@goalrings.app and say so. An email address is deleted on request, without being asked why. Records of a completed purchase are kept for as long as tax law requires them to be — that part is not ours to waive — and are held by the processor in any case.
Links away from here
Some links leave this site with an attribution parameter attached, so the other end can see the traffic in their own analytics. Once you have left, that site’s privacy policy applies and this one does not.
Who you are dealing with
Goal Rings is operated by Dmytro Virych, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Payments are taken by Creem, acting as merchant of record — they charge the card, handle sales tax and VAT where it applies, and are the name that appears on your statement. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
Getting in touch
Questions, corrections, a problem with a payment, or a request to have your data deleted — write to hey@goalrings.app. A person answers, within three business days.
